Chickengear mixed grit is an all in one grit containing oyster shell for added calcium. Poultry should always have access to grit, especially if they are confined to a run or indoors. Grit aids digestion, as it acts as a hens 'teeth' in the crop to grind up food.
Chickengear mixed grit is ideally given in a grit feeder or similar container, so that it can be taken ad-lib.
